1. Who is responsible

This policy explains which data is processed when you visit this website, why, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you open a page, the IONOS servers automatically record technical data in log files: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, your browser and operating system, and the page you came from.

This processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. Our legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a stable and secure website). IONOS stores this visitor data for 8 weeks. IP addresses are anonymised when they are collected. IONOS processes this data on my behalf under a data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR.

3. Contact by email

If you write to me by email, I process your email address, your message and any details you share, only to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your message relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

I delete your message once the matter is settled, unless statutory retention duties require me to keep it longer. I do not pass your data on to third parties without your consent.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access your data (Art. 15 GDPR), to have it corrected (Art. 16), deleted (Art. 17) or restricted (Art. 18), to receive it in a portable format (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
